The Exelon Corporation and the American Nuclear Society - Finger Lakes Region have offered us a technical tour of the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant facility.

We will tour the plant and see how it is operated while learning about nuclear fuel cycles, thermodynamic cycles and nuclear systems engineering. In addition, there may be an option to see the spent fuel pool. You will have an opportunity to interact with the nuclear control room simulator, a functioning replica of the main control room, and learn about their training program.
